Tealightful

It's hard to review a company without having a direct experience, but my direct experience resulted to frustration because I'm visiting from out of state and I want some tea. I called before I showed up, Door 1 was locked, reached out to someone in the building and he didn't know how to get to the part of the building and had never even heard of your company, finally run into someone else familiar with the building, just to get alllll the way there, and no one is there. Went to suite 111 and no one was there. Your phone needs to be forwarded to your (or an employee's) cell bc I did all that to find out that you were not there. I am 30 minutes away, and would love the experience, but I'll pass. Please put signage on the door for easier access to you.

My mom and I stopped my but didn’t realize they were about to close, but they gave me the best experience ever! They were the kindest people and had a really great conversation with me with the best attitudes. My tea is DELICIOUS! I’m going to definitely be keeping up with them to see where they’ll be next!

Tealightful should be your one stop shop if you buy tea. Charlene and her team are great to work with and genuinely care about their products. Charlene was able to explain exactly why they choose the ingredients they do in a blend of tea I was interested in. I will be exclusively buying their teas going forward. A+

I tried Tealighful's teas at a pop-up event at Katboocha in the Public Market. The tea, the food, and the kombucha at the event were wonderful! Charlene and her son provided amazing service during the tea party, and it was a relaxing, fun afternoon.
